The employee of Et hop "Saint Laurent" not at all professional disrespectful and insulting towards me, while going to look for my Audi A1 I realize that my vehicle has lots of black marks on the hood and on the body around the windshield (not cleaned) 🤔The gentleman also tells me that a part holding the bottom of the windshield is broken ... Windshield breaks were still stuck in the slot in the window ... Earth on my seat and on the dashboard full of white microparticles! And finally the white paint of my Audi at the top of the windshield was scratched and removed! I'm mad ! 😠
